Sweden is in talks with Turkey on joining NATO and looks forward to strengthening cooperation with Turkey in security and counter-terrorism, Swedish Prime Minister Anders Andersson said recently.  

Andersson held a joint press conference with visiting European Council President Michel in Stockholm on the same day. Andersson said Sweden is in dialogue with Turkey on joining the TREATY and looks forward to strengthening bilateral relations with Turkey, including cooperation in the areas of security and counter-terrorism. She said Sweden would study a number of issues raised by Turkey.  

Speaking at a news conference, Mr. Michel said he believed the Swedish government was taking positive action and taking the necessary steps to reach a solution.

Sweden and Finland formally submitted their applications to NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg a few days ago. According to protocol, NATO must admit new members by the "unanimous consent" of 30 members.

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said His country would agree to start NATO talks with Sweden and Finland only if they reach written agreements to stop supporting terrorism and lift restrictions on exporting defense equipment to Turkey, Turkish media reported.

Main ingredients 

The main ingredient of accelerating agent is aluminum oxide clinker (namely bauxite, soda, quicklime according to the proportion of the clinker fired) by grinding and made. 

Early strength agent in addition to chlorine salt and sulfate nitrite, chromate and other organic compounds such as triethanolamine, calcium formate, urea and so on. 

Uses

Accelerating agent dosage accounts for only 4% ~ 6% of cement dosage in concrete, but can make concrete in 5min initial coagulation, 10min final coagulation. In order to achieve the purpose of rush repair or fast condensation of concrete in the tunnel. It is an indispensable additive in shotcrete construction method. Their function is to speed up the hydration and hardening of cement, forming sufficient strength in a very short period of time to ensure the requirements of special construction. 

Early strength agent does not contain chloride ion, no corrosion of steel bar, applicable to all civil and industrial buildings and prestressed reinforced concrete members, mortar and so on. It is most suitable for construction under low temperature in early winter and early spring. Used in Portland cement, slag cement is particularly significant in strengthening and modifying. 

Note:

Accelerating agent should not be added while material is mixed, because stones, sand contains a lot of water, accelerating agent in a short time of water absorption in the non-spraying decomposition of its rapid setting components, affecting the setting time, reducing the strength of concrete, it will lead to the adverse effect of spraying concrete. Before use, the cement used in the project should be tested, and the dosage can be used in large quantities. 

Early strength agent dosage is 3-6% of cement. In order to keep the quality of concrete mixed with this agent uniform, mixing time to extend 1-2 minutes. Concrete mixed with early strength agent cannot use orthopedic active minerals (such as opal). If problems such as damp agglomerate arise, the agent must be crushed or weathered, and its performance will be unchanged.

Southern Copper Corp (SCCO.N) recently said its Peruvian mine remained closed after a six-week standoff with protesters and blamed the Peruvian government for failing to intervene in the safety of its 1,300 workers and their families.  

The company said in a statement that a recent agreement to end protests at the Cuajone mine required the company to withdraw complaints against protest leaders because railways transporting minerals and supplies remained blocked. Production has been suspended since the end of February.  

Peru's Energy Ministry said in a separate statement that it had also reached an agreement with Southern Copper to start talks to find common ground with local communities.  

"If we shut down for a year, the government will stop receiving more than 3.1 billion soles ($830 million) in taxes and royalties, and 8,000 direct and indirect jobs will be lost. This is what we want to avoid, "Southern Copper added in the statement.

Peru has faced a wave of protests from indigenous communities, who accuse mining companies of not providing enough jobs and funding to poor local residents.  

Central bank officials said last week that protests against copper mines such as MMG's Las Bambas and Southern Copper's Cuajone were dragging down the economy.
